(0:38) Lauren Lee Smith and Mei Melançon begin kissing each other.
(0:46) Milo Ventimiglia rips open Lauren Lee Smith's shirt, exposing her red bra. He then takes off her pants getting her down to her bra and panties as they begin having sex. There's some brief right breast from Smith which Milo promptly grabs onto.
(0:49) During a quick montage, there's a very, very brief flash of Lauren Lee Smith's breast while having sex with Ventimiglia.
(0:55) The film cuts between Lauren Lee Smith having some kinky fun with Michael Weston where we see her in her bra on an operating table and possibly some brief breast - with - Ventimiglia making love to Alyssa Milano who is also in her bra.
(1:14) A blanket is taken off a dead Lauren Lee Smith who lies on the operating theatre table topless giving us a great look at her breasts.

(1:20) Alyssa Milano is dead on an autopsy table while Milo Ventimiglia walks over to her. She is naked and we can see her breasts. There's some CGI effects involved when Ventimiglia cuts into her while the camera hovers over her naked body. There's even some brief bush. (There may be some CGI trickery here as two of the shots where you can see her face the best doesn't quite look like Alyssa. It's clearly her face during the actual autopsy, but something is amiss here I think.)
